Sunday after church we headed out to the Pumpkin Patch in Bixby. The weather was SO perefct! The kids love going every year so as bad as I felt, I put on a happy face and we trekked down there. My mom and Dan's mom went as well. My dad ended up not going because he was sick. We got there and the rest of Tulsa was there I swear! I told Dan that we are not going to go this late in the year again! It was NUTS! There were kids EVERYWHERE and the pumpkins had been pretty much picked over. The kids had fun though we really didn't stay long. Along with pony rides, they had camel rides this year as well. I told Noah that we weren't going to go on the animals this year because the line was too long... well, Dan and I were paying for pumpkins and as soon as we caught up to the kids, they had JUST gotten off of the camel ride! I was SO bummed that I didn't get a picture! I told my mom and Dan's mom that we weren't going to wait in the long line though they didn't listen..... hence, while we stood in line to pay for pumpkins, the kiddos rode a camel!
The first few pictures are of the kids riding their new scooters. My folks bought them at the fair this year! I would not pay $65 each for something like that.... BUT it was the best money THEY have spent all year! They LOVE them! My folks driveway steeps down a bit so it is perfect for them to ride. My dad has been blowing leaves and bagging them the past month. He has been leaving the bags at the end of his driveway so the kids have a cushion to run into. It is hilarious to watch! Dan has even ridden on it! The guy that sold them said that you can be up to 300 lbs to ride. I would love to try it though maybe after the baby comes.
